What to Expect at Your First Visit

We want to make your first appointment as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here’s how to prepare:

  • Have your child’s immunization records and any past medical history sent to us before the first appointment if they have had a previous pediatrician.
  • Bring your insurance information or card

Hospital Affiliations

Legacy Pediatrics is proud to be independently owned and not affiliated with any one hospital system. We do have online access to Strong Memorial Hospital records to review when care from a Strong hospital provider occurs with our patients (including urgent care and emergency room visits). If your child ever needs care outside of our office, you’ll have seamless coordination with trusted pediatric specialists and hospital services.
